It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Victor Manuel Soto Millan, 55, of Long Island, NY. Victor passed away on May 9, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on January 28, 1971, Victor lived a life centered around love, music, laughter, and family.
Victor was the beloved husband of Eileen and a devoted father to Jose David, Daniel, Steven, Jessica Marie, Victoria Rose, and Victor Manuel. He was also a proud grandfather to Natalie, Luca, Jay, and a precious new baby. He is now resting in peace with his loving parents, Victor Soto and Felicita Millan, and is survived by many extended family members and dear friends whose lives were touched by his kindness and spirit.
Victor spent many years working in the food service industry, where his strong work ethic and warm personality left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Outside of work, he was a passionate fan of baseball and football, and he had a deep love for music. Above all, nothing meant more to him than spending time with his family and creating beautiful memories together.
One of the songs Victor loved deeply and lived by was “Que Me Lo Den en Vida” by El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico—a reflection of his belief in showing love and appreciation to those we cherish while we have the chance. Victor will be remembered for his generous heart and the joy he brought into every room. His memory will continue to live on through the many lives he touched.
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held later this summer. We will share further details regarding the date and location as soon as they are finalized.
With love,
Eileen Soto and Family
