Traci Linette Wolfe Paterson (53) went home to her beloved husband and son July 13, 2022; completing her arduous earth side journey. She was born June 28, 1969 in Winston-Salem, NC to her parents Conley and Dana Wolfe who preceded her in death.
Also preceding her in death was her husband and love of her life, John Charles Paterson Sr and her amazing son John Charles Paterson Jr in an accident on June 23, 2002. As well as her sister Vicki Wolfe Mabe, and her beloved nephew Dylan Wolfe.
Traci is survived by her loving daughter Jessica Paterson, and her three grandchildren who were the light of her life; Isabella (Bella), Paxton (Pax), and John Charles (Beau) Paterson. Other surviving relatives include; Sherri and William Stanley, and Bradrick Wolfe her siblings as well as her nephew Elijah Mabe, niece Mandy Pratt and great niece Harley Wolfe, her mother-in-law Mary Paterson and her partner Jerry Moses.
In addition, her daughter would like to mention several special friends including her lifelong friend Sandie Peeden, her husband Jody and their wonderful family. Her speed skating family with special mention of Amy Harper who always made sure she had special goodies in her nursing home. Her wonderful friend Pam Griffin as well as her son Kimani Griffin who was best friend to her son during his short life making her love "Mook" like was her own.
I would like to thank all of the people who donated to the GoFundMe to ensure that she is able to be buried between "her guys", John and Johnny. That was the one thing Mom asked for and without the generosity of those amazing people that goal would have been unattainable. I am unable to thank you all enough.
In writing this I realized Mom has so many people she loved, and who loved her. Thank you all for the amazing things you have done for her, and us, as a family over the years. I'm grateful to know she was loved by so many, and love the plethora of amazing stories I have been left with to share with my children. We already miss her so much. For the final time Momma, since I am sure you can see me writing this, "I LOVE YOU MORE!"
