 Mrs. Michele Lynn (Moore) Green Passed away July 22,2024 at Wesley Long Hospital, her funeral is Monday July 29, 2024, Visitation is 1:00PM- 1:30PM Service starts at 1:30PM at Tabernacle of Praise Deliverance, 2401 E. Bessemer Ave, Greensboro, NC 27405. Repass Will be from 3:00-5:00 at Chosen Synergy Event Center 2 Centerview Dr. Suite 103 Pinehurst Building, Greensboro, NC 27407   Michele Lynn Moore Green, age 65, was called to dance with the Lord on July 22,2024. Michele was born on April 30, 1959, to the late Erwin and Dolores Moore in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a graduate of Southern Wayne High School, class of 1977.She continued her education and received her BS in Home Economics at North Carolina Central University. She was also a Proud member of Tau Gamma Delta Sorority Inc. She later moved to Greensboro in the mid 80's where she managed several fast-food restaurants - later moving onto settling into her career as a Cafeteria Manager at Murphey Traditional Academy, Michele became a mother to over 500 students. While fulfilling her job title, she also acted as a child advocate, counselor, and mentor. She made an imprint on the school and if you find the right person, someone will know" Ms.Green". After over 5 years in the school system, she changed career paths and worked for a short period at Dun & Bradstreet and ended at United Healthcare where she was employed for 15 years. During her 15 years at UHC, she became a mother to 500 others. Her peers described her  as humorous and a joy to be around. They appreciated her for who she and helped them get through many rough days on the job. Michele never met a stranger. She can also be described as loving, hospitable, the life of the party, considerate, the voice of reason and  most importantly, a woman of God. Michele is survived by her two daughters, Jasmine Green (35) and Jocelyn Green(33). Three Granddaughters, Lauryn Koto(8). Zaria Blair(3) and Camryn Fant(3) Months old). All residing in Greensboro, North Carolina. Michele also has extended Family in Cleveland, Ohio: Chicago, Illinois, Mt. Olive, North Carolina and Pinetops, North Carolina.
