Obituary
On Monday morning July 31, 2023 Linda Mary Miller (Lynn) aged 76, our beloved Mother, Grandmother/ Great Grandmother peacefully Slipped away from her earthly bonds and joined our heavenly father.
Lynn was a resident of Guilford House Assisted Living in Greensboro, North Carolina and the family would like to thank the staff for all of the wonderful support and the care given to her over the past year. Lynn was born to Mary and James Mellen in Rome New York on June 29th ,1947. She is preceded in death by her Mother and Father , Husband (John E. Miller), 2 Brothers ( Raymond, James ) and 2 Sisters ( Anne, Maryellen). Lynn is survived by her daughters who loved her very much- Maureen Kinsey(Rene'), Deanna Lovin (David), Becky Gorrell (Willie), Stepdaughters Johanna Dove (Andy), LaJuana DeMoulin, 8 grandchildren 18 great grandchildren and her brother Kenneth Mellen. She was a strong courageous woman who walked through life's trials with endurance bolstered by faith . She loved her cat Callie, family gatherings at the beach, lake, the mountains and especially camping. We will always be thankful for her commitment to teaching her family about God. As her brother Kenny wrote: We pray by her faith we believe her soul will not die but will continue to expand in the glory of everlasting life with Jesus Christ and God our Father who art in Heaven. AMEN
