Iris " Jean'' Lasley was born June 10th 1947 and departed this life on August 5th ,2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alton and Clara Brown and one brother, Bascon Brown. She leaves to cherish her two sons John Lasley (Tammy). Greg Lasley and one daughter Laura Deaton (Gregg); Three grandchildren Ashton, Zachary, and Caitlyn, and two Step-grandchildren Kaylynn and Brandon .She also leaves behind Six brothers and sisters, Suzanne, Knight, Linda Pegram(Melvin), Tommy Brown(Ethel), Clark Brown, James Brown(Lisa), Sybil Brown and a whole host of nieces and nephews.

Jean was a kind women with an open heart for animals, but most of all she loved her children. Special thank you the staff of Heartland Rehabilitation and living, Hospice of Guilford County, and her sister Sybil for always being by her side during her final days.

A Memorial Service will be planned for a later date . Condolences and flowers may be sent to the home of her daughter, Laura Deaton 1726 Spero Rd. Asheboro NC 27205.
